Key Responsibilities
- Run phage display campaigns against recombinant proteins and engineered cell lines
- Maintain or develop overexpressing GPCR cell lines
- Prepare PCR products for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Improve throughput in panning, screening, and functional testing workflows
- Lead laboratory discovery projects independently
- Build targeted and diverse antibody libraries
- Support biologics drug discovery programs
Qualifications & Skills Required
- PhD in a relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Strong communication skills and self-driven work ethic
- Experience with: Phage display, Cell-based antigen screening, Antibody library construction, GPCR biology, Functional assays
- NGS sample preparation
- Laboratory project leadership
- Understanding of biologics development processes
