Key Responsibilities

  • Run phage display campaigns against recombinant proteins and engineered cell lines
  • Maintain or develop overexpressing GPCR cell lines
  • Prepare PCR products for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
  • Improve throughput in panning, screening, and functional testing workflows
  • Lead laboratory discovery projects independently
  • Build targeted and diverse antibody libraries
  • Support biologics drug discovery programs

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • PhD in a relevant life sciences discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong communication skills and self-driven work ethic
  • Experience with: Phage display, Cell-based antigen screening, Antibody library construction, GPCR biology, Functional assays
  • NGS sample preparation
  • Laboratory project leadership
  • Understanding of biologics development processes
