Scientist in Phage Display & Antibody Engineering

As part of this strategic growth, it is seeking a highly motivated Scientist in Phage Display and Antibody Engineering to play a key role in advancing next-generation biologics.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to antibody discovery, engineering, and optimization, while helping build a state-of-the-art phage display platform that supports a growing pipeline of innovative therapeutics, including multispecific antibodies, ADCs, and CAR-T therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute phage display campaigns for antibody discovery and optimization
- Design and construct synthetic antibody libraries
- Analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) data to identify lead candidates
- Optimize and innovate phage display technologies aligned with industry standards
- Track and manage phage pools throughout discovery workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, purification, bioassays)
- Support development of automated laboratory workflows
- Enhance antibody developability assessment tools
- Mentor junior scientists and research associates
- Engage with external partners and CROs for technology transfer
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field + 3 years industry experience or Master’s degree + 5 years industry experience
- Proven experience in phage display for antibody discovery
- Strong expertise in antibody engineering and protein science
- Hands-on experience with NGS data analysis
- Experience in constructing phage display libraries
- Understanding of antibody structure–function relationships
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with CD3-based T-cell engagers (preferred)
