The position is offered within the Living Materials Group (Team 2), led by Jan Paczesny, under a project funded by the National Science Center (NCN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bacteriophages are gaining global attention as next-generation antimicrobials, especially in the fight against antibiotic resistance. However, their poor stability under environmental stress has significantly limited their large-scale application.
