The department is seeking an outstanding scientist with a doctoral degree whose research addresses important and emerging questions across the broad fields of microbiology and immunology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The department is particularly interested in researchers who bring innovative molecular, genomic, computational, systems-level, quantitative or theoretical approaches to important biological questions. The successful candidate will join Stanford University’s Department of Microbiology & Immunology as an Assistant Professor in the University Tenure Line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The faculty member will be expected to establish an innovative and independent research programme that addresses important questions at the forefront of microbiology and\/or immunology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
