End of year The phage art competition 2024

Welcome to the Bacteriophage Art Competition!

Are you ready to showcase your creativity and passion for science? This competition is designed to inspire phage enthusiasts. But don’t worry—everyone is welcome to participate!

Here’s what it’s all about:

The Challenge:
Create an artwork that represents bacteriophages (viruses that infect bacteria) or anything related. Your artwork can be:

  • Digital
  • Hand-drawn
  • Computer-generated
  • Any other creative form of art!

It is essential that the artwork you submit is entirely your own original creation. It must not have been submitted to any other competition, platform, or publication prior to this. By submitting, you confirm that you hold full rights to the artwork, including any associated concepts or designs, and that it does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others. Submitting artwork that violates these rules will result in disqualification. Let your creativity shine and ensure your work reflects your unique perspective!

How it Works:

  1. Submit your artwork along with a brief description explaining the concept (what the artwork is about).
  2. Our judges—a mix of phage scientists, microbiologists, and the general public—will vote to select the top four entries.
  3. The top four artworks will be featured on LinkedIn and Twitter, where the public will decide the overall winner!
